You can cancel anytime through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Yes — subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel, so your access stays uninterrupted. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Refunds are handled directly by Apple and Google, not by Velour. To request one, contact Apple Support (iOS) or Google Play Support (Android) through your account.
Your credits never expire. Any unused credits stay in your account even after you cancel — they'll be waiting for you, and you can use them anytime.
