Delete Your Velour Account

Velour is developed by Coco Monkey Technologies. This page explains how to request deletion of your Velour account and the data associated with it — including if you no longer have the app installed.

Step 1 · Request deletion

How to delete your account

From inside the app

  1. Open Velour and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the settings gear in the top-right corner to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm at both prompts — Continue, then Delete Forever.

Your account and its associated data are then permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

Already uninstalled Velour, or can't sign in? Email us and we'll delete your account for you.

Send from Your registered email address

We use your registered email address to verify the request. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Step 2 · What happens to your data

Data that is deleted & data that is retained

Permanently deleted

  • Your account and login
  • Your email address
  • Your user ID
  • Photos you uploaded
  • AI-generated images
  • Your generation history
  • Any remaining credit balance

Retained where required by law

  • Purchase and transaction records — where retention is required by Malaysian tax and accounting law, kept for up to 7 years, then deleted.

Velour never stores your payment card details. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play, and any card information is held by them — not by us.
